are el convertor. pur si simplu uploadezi forumul phpbb3 in root/forum tau/phpbb3, apoi accesezi www.site.ro/forum/phpbb3, instalezi forumul phpbb3 in aceeasi baza de date dar cu un alt prefix, accesezi iar (sa nu stergi install de acolo) si selectezi din cele 2 taburi de sus pe ultimul, convert. apoi urmezi pasii de acolo pentru a upgrada. cand ai terminat intrii in ACP si schimbi calea catre forum, ducand catre noua locatie, apoi muti si fisierele. 
cam asta ar fi pe scurt
