Consultant Junior
- Have very good communication skills,
- and programming experience (Ruby, Python, C or Java).;
- minimum 1 year industry experience;
- must be interested in software development and quality assurance;
- must be flexible, willing to travel, enthusiastic and hard working.
Consultant Senior
The same set as for the Consultant-Junior, plus the following, depending on area of expertise:
+ Functional Testing
- experience with HP Quality Center, Business Process Testing & Quicktest professional;
- minimum 3 year industry experience;
- working on large IT programs in teams and/or leading teams on customer sites;
- focused on test automation, test strategy and test process.
- must be interested in software development and quality assurance.
+ Performance Testing
- experience with HP Performance Center (LoadRunner, BAC and JMeter).
- minimum 3 year industry experience;
- working on projects in teams and leading teams on customer sites;
- focused on performance testing, application tuning, application monitoring, capacity planning, performance engineering and performance testing strategy and process;
- must be interested in software development and quality assurance.
Developer Medium/Experienced
- object oriented programming skills, in any of the following programming languages: Ruby, Java, C# or Python.
- minimum 1 year industry experience;
- knowledge of HyperText Markup Language (HTML).
- must have good communication skills and exceptional technical skills.
- must be interested in software development and quality assurance.
- must be flexible, willing to travel, enthusiastic and hard working.
