problema cu FTP

Salut,
Am incercat azi sa ma conectez la site-ul meu prin ftp (nu am mai intrat in ftp de o saptamana). Dupa ce puneam datele contului si dadeam Log In imi aparea urmatorul mesaj

Ce trebuie sa fac ca sa ma pot conecta din nou. Pana acu, nu am mai intampinat o astfel de problema:|

hmmm....el este conectat doar ca nu pooate sa iti arate fisierele din el din cauza PORT-ului banuiesc...ce client folosesti?

Filezilla - Pana acum cateva zile mi-a mers foarte bine

Response: 500 I won't open a connection to xx.xx.xx.xx (only to yy.yy.yyy.y) " (aici am schimbat eu portu si IP-urile . -- IPul cu xxx era unu iar cel cu yyy era diferit de cel cu xxx)

incearca pe passive si daca nici asa nu merge incearca cu alt client...

am incercat cu smartftp si merge.
Poti sa imi explici cum fac pe passive?

FileZilla Options->Firewall Settings->bifezi passive mode...
