Dupa cum ti-am mai spus, este la sfarsitul forumului deci (overall_footer.html) dar nu iti pot spune eu exact unde pentru ca nu am tema ta sa vad carui css ii corespunde acel "div" (fie mama lui <div> sau </div>). Ceea ce tu trebuie sa faci este sa urmaresti in tema ta un fiv cu o clasa sau un id prestabilit ce incadreaza acel background (cauta in css unde e backgroung-image imaginea rounded.gif si vezi daca respectiva clasa sau id se inchide pe undeva si daca nu atunci inchide ce trebuie).
