Cum pot repara aceasta eroare

Ati folosit un wizard de instalare furnizat de firma de gazduire pentru instalare?: Nu
MODurile instalate: Avatar true resize si avatar postare in index
De cand a aparut problema semnalata?: De cand am instalat acest mod
Nivelul vostru de experienta in instalarea/utilizarea/administrarea phpbb (fiti sinceri, raspunsul ar putea fi formulat pe intelesul vostru daca sunteti la inceput): Putin experimentat
Problema: Am instalat modul exact dupa pasii care sunt, dar cand postez ceva sau cand imi pun avatar imi apare aceasta eroare:
Va rog sa-mi spuneti ce-am gresit, caci eu nu inteleg. Multumesc anticipat.
Edit: Acea eroare de mai sus mi-o da atunci cand adaug un avatar pe forum. Eroarea cand vreau sa postez ceva este aceasta:
